Help us find the right information

For an order, provide its number and the email used at checkout. For delivery, add any tracking number. Photographs of the item and packaging help with damage, wrong goods, or missing parts. Describe a privacy request and we may need proportionate information to verify it.

Do not email a complete card number, account password, or one-time verification code. Reply times can vary during busy periods, holidays, or investigations; we do not promise round-the-clock support.
