Shipping Policy

This page explains how an order moves from payment authorization to delivery. The delivery address and shipping choices available for your order are shown at checkout.

Preparation and transit

Once payment has been authorized, order preparation takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods; business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Neither estimate guarantees arrival on a particular date.

Destinations and charges

Enter your complete address at checkout to see whether delivery is available and to review any shipping charge and applicable tax before submitting the order. A prepaid return label does not mean that outbound delivery is free.

Address and tracking help

Please check the street, unit, postal code, and recipient details carefully. Ask us promptly about an address error; an update may no longer be possible once a parcel is dispatched. Where tracking is available, follow the dispatch information associated with your order. Weather, carrier disruption, and busy periods can affect an estimate.

For missing tracking, a delayed parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, or damage in transit, email balakrishnamattigalla@gmail.com with your order number and any tracking details. Retain damaged packaging and photographs so the issue can be investigated. Please do not send payment credentials.
